Leverage Excel for Enterprise Grade Performance Management
Excel continues to be a highly effective tool for key aspects of Business Performance Management including data entry, model-building, and analysis. Relying on Excel as a standalone system for BPM stretches the tool beyond its limits and hinders a company’s ability to gain valuable business insight for better decision making.
In this webinar, learn how Excel can become capable for enterprise-level tasks, including BPM, with the addition of a database foundation, workflow engine, and security controls to guard data and models.
Hear thought leader Craig Schiff, President and CEO of BPM Partners, share his predictions for Performance Management, including embracing MS Office.
This webinar includes a live demonstration showing how business users can easily:
- Utilize existing spreadsheet models.
- Quickly perform multi-dimensional analysis.
- Create and share customized reports.
- Reduce dependence on IT.
When the limitations of Excel are addressed effectively, then substantial cost savings – versus investing in a non-Excel packaged application for BPM - are likely.
